Mushroom Hunting for Beginners In-Person
A peek into the world of common edible wild mushrooms! The fool-proof, or infallible four, refer to four of the over 50 wild mushrooms that are easy to identify, abundant and what we call “choice” edibles, meaning delicious . In this one hour presentation we will learn to recognize these four mushrooms and a handful more that can be found easily, locally and turned into succulent and nutritious meals.
