Black History Month: Privilege, Position and Power in 2020

Presenter's note: "In the midst of the 2020 election, individuals are chasing the American Dream and seeking power and control of their lives. However, for many,  racism and lack of access caused by racism, impedes one’s ability to envision and achieve success. Today’s conversation will briefly assess the current culture of power and evaluate individual privilege. Bringing awareness to self and the power within, Ashley Cullen-Williams LPC, NCC hopes to use this conversation as a catalyst to position members of the community to empower others."
