RFU Health Clinics Community Care Conection
The Community Care Connection's mobile health vehicle offers a variety of free health screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, body mass index (BMI), osteoporosis screenings, health education workshops, and more. Screenings are offered free of charge to adults aged 18 and older, and appointments are not necessary. Other services are available to minors with parent or legal guardian accompaniment.
