Explore Ray Bradbury In-Person

Immerse yourself in Ray Bradbury’s books and ideas through hands-on activities using art, virtual reality, writing, and play. You’ll imagine yourself on Mars, in Green Town, playing with dinosaurs, taking a stand for books and the freedom to read, and more. What you make, you take. Refreshments and free giveaways for all who attend. Drop in anytime on Saturday, April 15th, and Sunday, April 16th from 2-4 pm. This celebration of Waukegan’s native son is funded by an Illinois Humanities grant, with support from Waukegan Public Library and the Ray Bradbury Experience Museum.
